Get Involved with HCCF
Hendricks County is a community of caring, hardworking people. We are fast-growing, full of small-town charm and culture with big-city access. Whether you’ve lived here your entire life or moved here to enjoy the area’s many benefits, there’s one thing we all have in common– we want to make a long-term, sustainable impact right where we live.
HCCF enables a larger impact beyond what one individual nonprofit can accomplish by creating an infrastructure for local people to come together and solve local problems impacting Hendricks County.
We are always looking for community-minded individuals to engage with us through committee work, serving on our Board or Directors or volunteering to assist with events. To get plugged in with Hendricks County in a meaningful way, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.

Each year, our organization is fortunate to have several events held for the benefit of our funds, the community and local nonprofits.
Ways to Donate
Hendricks County Community Foundation provides you a simple, powerful, and highly personal approach to giving. The community foundation model has the flexibility to help you meet your charitable goals, the tools to create your desired impact, and a variety of giving options. We have the ability to be an integral part of your overall planning and help you identify your charitable goals.
Each donor has a unique giving experience, tailored to suit his or her situation. Some may choose to give to an existing fund or others may choose to create a fund at HCCF to address their specific goals. A donor’s gift can also be placed into an endowment fund that is invested over time. Earnings from funds are used to make grants addressing community needs. Your gift – and all future earnings from your gift – is a permanent source of community capital, helping do good work forever.
A few of the ways to give include:
- Immediate gifts – cash, marketable securities, closely held stock, personal property and real estate
- Deferred gifts – wills and bequests, retirement plan rollover and assets, living trusts and life insurance
- Gifts that may provide income to the donor – charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts
